How training investment works

Budget & recognition framework
Training investment is managed at the department level. Each department receives a Q2 allocation. Programs show estimated per-person investment so you can plan nominations accordingly.
Department budget allocation
Each department receives a Q2 L&D budget. Proposals within allocation are approved within 48 hours. Requests above allocation require VP sign-off.
Recognition for committed teams
Departments with ≥80% completion earn the L&D Champion badge — recognized in the quarterly all-hands and fed into the performance review cycle.
ROI tracking per program
Every program includes pre/post skill assessments. Results shared with department head and HR within 30 days of completion to demonstrate business impact.
